featured blogger: h's coffee cake

coffee cake for the coffee lovers... and tea lovers too!

this week's featured blogger is my coworker-friend, h.
she baked some coffee cake the other day and i asked her to share her wonderful recipe.

simple and delicious. serve with a nice cup of coffee...or tea!

coffee cake with cinnamon streusel
ingredients:
cinnamon streusel
-1/3 cup bisquick mix
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 tablespoon butter

coffee cake
-2 cups bisquick mix
-2/3 cup milk
-2 tablespoon sugar
-1 egg

directions:
1. heat oven to 375 degrees. grease a cake pan. in small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly, set aside.

2. in bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients and spread in pan. sprinkle with streusel.

3. bake 18-22 min.
